These include being faculty at offsite programs for graduates entering the workforce, as well as custom-designed offsite leadership programs for corporate managers approaching senior leadership roles.

Bringing real-world experience into the classroom through teaching and guest faculty roles. This includes contributions to undergraduate and executive education programs focused on marketing, leadership, and business practice, mostly as part of existing course material.

Krishnan Menon is the Founder and Principal Consultant at North of Zero°.
Over a career spanning three decades across Asia Pacific, he has led growth, client, and transformation mandates at some of the world’s leading networks, including senior leadership roles at Ogilvy, dentsu, and Wunderman Thompson. He has worked with global brands such as Unilever, HSBC, Nestlé, Microsoft, and BMW, helping them navigate complexity and drive meaningful business outcomes.
